Kong is in full compel in the new trailer for Kong: Skull Island. The film is set in the 1970s and takes after a campaign of scientists and soldiers who are sent on an expedition to a newfound island in the South Pacific.
The film is from director Jordan Vogt-Roberts and stars Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, John Goodman, Samuel L. Jackson and John C. Reilly — and judging by the new trailer, has a ton of fun tone than some normal. The new footage takes after a first trailer from San Diego Comic-Con, which didn’t allude to a portion of the comedic components this new look guarantees. Reilly’s character cracks jokes and clarifies that Kong is the kind of ruler to minds his own business, unless you begin inconvenience.
Hiddleston showed up on Wednesday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! (in a gorilla suit) to display the trailer.
