‘Her eyes became infected and closed. We were providing all the human care we could, but we realized she needed a mother so we paired her with Lilo, one of our huskies.
‘Amazingly, Lilo took on the motherhood role instantly, which was surprising because she has no pups of her own and was spayed the week before we got the kitten.
‘Rosie’s health improved dramatically thanks to Lilo who has raised her as one of her own – so she’s growing up thinking she’s a husky now and she even goes on walks with them.’
The kitten and husky duo play fight and are now inseparable.

A little kitten update! Her name is Rosie🌹 She has been with us for about 5 days. She almost did not make it through the first night… Even with round the clock care. She was lethargic and limp. So we decided to go out on a limb and let her cuddle extensively with Lilo. By some miracle, she started suckling on Lilo and Lilo went full “mom mode”. Even stimulating it to go to the bathroom..😦 (This was very shocking to me). Since then, Rosie’s been getting much better and her eyes opened! It’s probably safe to say Rosie has made it through the worse of it😊 This clip is of them together the second night! The full video is up on Youtube (link in our bio) for those who are interested😊💕 #revival
